How pricing works
What's a token, and how many will I use?
Tokens are the unit of work Supper uses internally when it loads your data schema, analyzes your question, and generates and runs a query. Most questions consume between 10 and 100 tokens depending on complexity.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can I actually use Supper for free?
Yes. The Trial tier connects one data source and gives you access to the full Supper platform — agent interactions, dashboards, semantic model, audit trail.
Why can't I see prices for paid plans without talking to someone?
Token usage varies a lot depending on what you're connecting and how you use Supper.
Can I switch plans as my team grows?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "data source"?
Each connected tool or database counts as one data source.
What happens if I go over my token allowance?
Overages are billed at the flat per-1,000-token rate for your tier.
Is the Forward Deployed Analyst a real person?
Yes — a full-time Supper employee with a top-tier data engineering background, embedded in your team.
Does Supper store my data?
Supper connects to your existing data sources and queries them directly. Your data stays where it lives.
